Making Stories' first ever Kids Collection - sized from newborn up to age 6 - is filled with cozy, playful designs for the little ones in our lives - from a hot air balloon for the nursery to a colourwork yoke sweater that’s going to keep a pre-schooler warm on the playground! 

The 8 patterns in this collection have all been developed in house by Claire and Hanna Lisa. They wanted to create designs that are both engaging and relaxing, that make you want to knit just that one more row, that make you reach for your knitting even if there’s little time or a messy living room or you feel like you really, really need a nap.

They love telling their stories and hope to inspire and enable crafters to make conscious and informed decisions about the materials they use and the companies they support. 

They’re (to our knowledge) the only ad-free knitting magazine on the market today. They believe in preserving their independence when it comes to deciding who they feature and work with through not accepting any ads for this magazine. 

Printed on 100% recycled paper, one of the few that’s certified not only with the EU Ecolabel and the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, but also with the Blauer Engel certificate. 

They've kept production and fulfillment as local as possible, working with Druckhaus Berlin-Mitte as their printer, the first printer to be certified with Blauer Engel, and with Urbanmail as their fulfillment and shipping partner, in Berlin.
