Urban Yarns carries Cascade Ultra Pima Cotton specifically for knitting or crocheting for the Knitted Knockers charity, which provides free handmade breast prosthesis to breast cancer survivors who have undergone mastectomies or other procedures. Urban Yarns will include a printed knitting and/or crochet Knockers pattern upon request (please put your request in your order notes during checkout). A variety of patterns and tutorials can also be found here.
