Product Description

Are you a fan of the Vikings? I'm not talking about the sports team! Nålbinding is an ancient textile method dating back as far as 8000 B.C. and was commonly used by Scandinavian peoples to create clothing. The craft uses coarse, thick wool and a bone or wooden needle to create an intricate woven fabric. Learn the history of nålbinding and make a hat! 

Prerequisites: No experience necessary
Supplies (not included): Light coloured, single ply wool such as Alafosslopi or Lettlopi
Needle will be supplied by the instructor.
